All parties and group use must be scheduled through the Pool Manager. The member who reserves the pool must be present for the entire party. All parties will require two lifeguards to be present.
There is a $100.00 charge for a two hour party. These fees need to be paid in advance to secure the requested date and time for their party.
- Exclusive pool use may be reserved ONLY on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. and must be scheduled with the Pool Manager. It is the member's responsibility to clean up their area after the party.
- Non-exclusive pool use: This is a non-exclusive use of the facilities for any time or day of the week before June 2nd and after August 24nd, and must be scheduled with the Pool Manager.
- June 4 through Aug 22nd, parties and group use is limited to party times outlined. It is the member's responsibility to clean up their area after the party.
- If more than two lifeguards are needed, additional charges may apply. These rates apply to ALL party and group use unless the group is 10 or fewer in number, then only guest fees apply. For the convenience & safety of all our members, even these small groups are to be scheduled with the manager.
- If the group is more than 50 people, this includes ANYONE coming through the gate, whether swimming or not swimming, the rates are charged at $100 per hour for all hours and need to be paid in advance.
- Party Times - Parties larger than 10 people may schedule the pool for Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to Noon and 4 to 8pm Sundays from 6:00 -9:30 p.m. This is a non-exclusive use of the facilities and must be scheduled with the Pool Manager.
- PAYMENT: Your $100.00 Party fee is due when reservations are requested. The reservation is made to guarantee date and time of party. Member will be given 15 minutes for setup and no more than 30 minutes for clean up when party period ends. Additional charges may be assessed for staying beyond these deadlines.
- ALL PARTIES AND LARGE GROUP USAGE WILL BE POSTED ON THE POOL BULLETIN BOARD.
